Return Policy


Refunds will be issued in the same manner as they were received, payments by Debit or Credit Card will be issued as a refund Credit from Anthony's Furniture & Home Décor. No refund will be given on orders that remain in possession of the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Anthony's Furniture & Home Décor. warrants our furniture to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser with a receipt. Manufacturer's defects in mattresses and sofas are specifically covered under the manufacturer's warranty (see factory warranty for terms and conditions). Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our service center. At your option we can provide in-home service at a normal trip charge. if a warranty defect occurs and is reported within the thirty (30) days of receipt. Visible surface damage (scratches, nicks, tears, etc.) are not covered under this warranty unless reported within the first seven (7) days of delivery. Anthony's Furniture & Home Décor. is not responsible for visible surface damage to product that has been picked up from our service center unless it is noted at the original time of pick up. The warranty is VOID if the merchandise has been moved from the original delivery address or if Anthony's Furniture & Home Décor. determines the furniture damage was caused by abuse, negligence, accident, or if used for purposes other than those intended, such as commercial use. The above stated warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective product at the option of Anthony's Furniture & Home Décor. Any damage for breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive express warranty. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser, and delivery address only. Any and all other statements or express warranties are specifically denied. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We offer delivery service to you or another person over age 18. Once you have accepted delivery, you cannot return your furniture. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation; contact the service center prior to the delivery installers leaving your home. If a service technician needs to be scheduled or new product needs to be ordered we will take immediate action to remedy the situation. During our Next Day Delivery Schedule, we offer local delivery when you purchase in-stock merchandise. This offer is available for online purchases only, subject to product availability. Next day delivery may not be available in all areas.
